MINDFULNESS ONLINE GROUP
Ongoing facilitated Mindfulness Group Online
on the 2nd Monday of each month (7.00pm-8.30pm)
This group started in 2019, and moved to online during the pandemic. It has been designed for people who have attended an 8-week Mindfulness for Stress or Health management and would like to give continuity to their practice through monthly facilitated peer-group meetings. Included in the sessions are a guided meditation, enquiry and reflections on the theme of the meeting, sharing selected Mindfulness poems and quotes.

TOUCH-BASED THERAPISTS GROUP
Ongoing facilitated Peer Support Group for touch-based therapists/practitioners (e.g. Shiatsu, Alexander, Massage,
Seiki, Rosen Method, Reiki, etc)
Meeting in Bridgetown, Totnes, Devon
on the 1st Thursday of the month (4.00pm-6.00pm)
This group has been ongoing since 2018 and it counts towards
your C.P.D. Each session has a different theme which helps to focus/enhance an aspect of touch communication and the holding of the therapeutic space with mindfulness and compassion. It opens with a relevant meditation and
Ki-enhancing exercises/movement. There is a space for demonstrations, peer-swaps feedback as well as
homework to allow for integration.
