MOTIVATED GROUP
Open to all who previously completed an 8-week 'Mindfulness for Wellness & Stress Reduction Course', with either “Mindfulness4Wellness.org” or with any other provider, for a chance to refresh or re-visit
your meditation skills.

The day is ideal if you have a mindfulness meditation practice and would like to either update it or
re-connect to it, if it has somewhat lapsed.
CONTENT
During the day you will be invited to:

Revisit some of core meditations from the course

Explore how to refresh to or re-connect to the mindfulness practice

Allow for being in silence for some time together

Share the gems and/or the questions you may have
