MOTIVATED GROUP


Open to all who previously completed an 8-week 'Mindfulness for Wellness & Stress Reduction Course', with either “Mindfulness4Wellness.org” or with any other provider, for a chance to refresh or re-visit

your meditation skills.

The day is ideal if you have a mindfulness meditation practice and would like to either update it or

re-connect to it, if it has somewhat lapsed.

 CONTENT 

 During the day you will be invited to: 

 

  • Revisit some of core meditations from the course

  • Explore how to refresh to or re-connect to the mindfulness practice

  • Allow for being in silence for some time together

  • Share the gems and/or the questions you may have

 WHAT TO BRING

Participants are invited to wear loose, comfortable clothing as well as bring outdoor walking shoes and weather proof gear.
​
Please also bring a dish for a communal lunch. All other refreshments as well as mats, blankets and cushions are provided, but you are welcome to bring along your preferred cushion or stool.
